Taken from the southern edge of what is now E Bingen Point Way, this photograph shows crop rows planted when the property was farmed under lease to the Dickey family. The area shown would later be fully filled and brought to its current elevation. The south harbor dike can be seen running along the left side of the picture and the northeast corner of the parking lot for the first building constructed (the 154 Bingen Point Building) now sits in the area that appears in the lower right corner.
