During her tenure, a barge loading crane was installed at Dallesport, the "Bluff Property" in White Salmon was sold, the eastern rail spur at Dallesport was extended, fill material from the Bonneville NavLock Project was placed at Bingen Point, contamination problems began surfacing at the Recycled Aluminum Metals Company (RAMCo) operation in Dallesport, utility service (water, gas, phone, and electric) were extended to the site of the new 154 Bingen Point (aka Small Business Development Center) building at Bingen Point, the Port office was moved to the new SBDC building, the sale of Port assets to service over one million in Port debt began, and concrete docks were placed in Bingen Harbor.
