The park includes one terminal facility and rail access (served by the BNSF Railway) and borders US Hwy. 197 and the Columbia Gorge Regional Airport. All properties available for development are subject to the applicable Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and properties bordering the Columbia River are subject to shoreline permitting requirements.
