The senior member of the Commission, Wayne has helped steer the Port for nearly two decades. A retired forestry manager for Hancock Timber Resource Group, he brings to the Commission an unparalleled understanding of Port history, a background in facilitation, and an up-close-and-personal perspective on the role of natural resources in the local economy.
