Port Commission meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:30pm (unless otherwise scheduled) and occur at the Port of Klickitat office located at 154 E Bingen Point Way Ste. A, Bingen, WA 98605.

To be placed on an upcoming agenda, contact the Port office at least two (2) weeks prior to the Commission meeting date desired. Agenda items subject to review by staff must be submitted at least three (3) weeks in advance.

Port districts operate according to the Public Ports Act of 1911, codified in Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Title 53. The Port is managed in accordance with Port policy as established by a board comprised of three elected commissioners.

Please note: Minutes are not posted until reviewed and approved by the Commission. As a result, minutes for a specific meeting are not available until after the meeting that follows it.
